- We are a unique business as we do not use a call centre. Calls from our 1300 number can be diverted to you directly by post code prompts. Customers want to “talk to the person doing the job.” Once we connect them to you, you can then communicate via mobile. Hire a Helper can also train your staff (short course) at a reasonable cost so you can have trained “ready to work” staff.
- Boost your local presence with exclusive use of the signage trailer (Northside example shown) for 3 weeks on your launch. You may continue to use it for free if it is not required for a launch or head office use. $2000 worth of radio advertising to coincide with your launch is included in the franchise price!
- Work smarter – Use your phone voicemail message to instruct customers to text you allowing quote estimates from pictures. This saves the running around doing quotes!
- Build your empire: You will need to keep your own Google MyBusiness and social media pages as these will feed to and from our webpage. Our webpage has enquiry forms that are sent directly to you. This combination provides powerful lead generation and combined is a great source of free advertising!

The trailer option (not an exact example shown) is perfect if you don’t have a ute. It is included with tools in the franchise price with a minimum tool kit to complete most jobs.
The “use your existing ute” option is perfect to use your existing vehicle. You will need to wrap your existing ute/van with a grey background if it is not a dark coloured car to suit our trade marked logo. Included in Franchising cost is the wrap and minimum tool kit that will allow you to complete most jobs.
